Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Peelzy, operated by Takehiro Hayashi. By creating an account or using Peelzy, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. You must use Peelzy lawfully and respectfully.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of photos, stickers, books, notes, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, display, transmit, and synchronize that content only as needed to operate Peelzy.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

Do not upload, create, or share content that is illegal, infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, exploits or harms others, contains malicious code, or interferes with Peelzy. We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

4. Sharing and exchanges

Exchange links may be opened by other users. Only share stickers you are comfortable making visible and trading. You are responsible for links you distribute and exchange proposals you accept.

5. Paid features

Peelzy may offer subscriptions or other paid features through the applicable app store. Pricing, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the store terms shown at purchase. Available features and limits may change with notice where required.

6. Availability and changes

Peelzy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect image-processing results. We may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

7. Termination

You may stop using Peelzy or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, legal requirements, or misuse of the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of Peelzy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Peelzy changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
