Account and associated data deletion request

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Peelzy app and sign in.
2. Open account settings from the My Books screen.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion prompts. Your account and associated app data will be deleted permanently.

If you cannot access the app

1. Email peelzy@nodetech.jp from your registered account email.
2. Use the subject line Peelzy Account Deletion Request.
3. Include the email address registered to your Peelzy account. Do not send your password.
4. We may ask for limited additional information if needed to verify account ownership.

Data that will be deleted

• Your Peelzy account and authentication identifiers.
• Stickers, thumbnails, books, notes, stamps, and page layouts associated with the account.
• Exchange offers, proposals, and related account-linked exchange information.
• Cloud-stored files associated with your account.

Processing time and retention

Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in protected backups for up to 90 days. Limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained longer where required by law or reasonably necessary.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Peelzy account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription. Cancel an active subscription through Google Play or Apple account settings to prevent future renewal.
